Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds as each product is made to order. We also cannot refund or replace personalised/custom items due to the nature of the products. 

Please make sure your personalisation is correct in the personalisation box before ordering. We are not responsible and cannot replace or refund products if you have made a personalisation error. We do not offer replacement stickers for our candles if you have made an error.

If there is an issue with your items or a product has been damaged in delivery, please contact us with details and we will do our best to assist you. 

All issues and defects with orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

IMPORTANT: Please check your address is correct when ordering. We cannot change your delivery address after dispatch and we are not responsible if you have entered your address wrong. If a parcel is returned back to us due to an incorrect address we are unable to refund you due to the custom made nature of the product. We charge a redelivery fee to send your parcel back to you.Â
